A Message from Our Team:
 
As of Monday, March, 7th, we will be operating on a hybrid curbside model – one pet parent will be allowed inside with their pet
 
Please review the following before your appointment:
· Stay in your car and call our office at 508-286-8772 to check in when you arrive for your appointment. 
· You will then receive instructions on coming inside.
· One person per pet will be allowed inside – MASKS ARE MANDATORY regardless of vaccination status. 
· For food and prescription pick-ups, please call us and someone will bring them out to you.

 

PAYMENT 

You will be asked to make payment over the phone and schedule any follow-up appointments as needed. Once payment is complete, we will reunite you with your pet, along with any recommended medications. At this time, we would prefer payment by phone with a Credit Card, CareCredit, or Scratchpay. We strongly suggest that everyone avoid cash and checks to handle if possible.

ADDITIONAL MEASURES WE ARE ASKING CLIENTS TO FOLLOW

Please do not come to our clinic if you are experiencing flu-like symptoms or have a fever.

Please reschedule your pet’s veterinarian appointment if you have been in contact with anyone that has had a fever or possible COVID-19 exposure. 

 

PETS AND THE CORONAVIRUS: 

It is important to note that there is currently no evidence that pets can become sick with COVID-19. Infectious disease experts, as well as the CDC, World Organization for Animal Health, and World Health Organization, indicate there is also no evidence to suggest that pet dogs or cats can be a source of infection with SARS-CoV-2, including spreading COVID-19 to people. More investigation is underway and as we learn more, we will update you.
